The Envelope Delivery for Laziness or EDL is a service in QQ Care Centre that allows the members of QQ to ship anything at any location. From north to south, west to east, ground to sky or basically from your bed to another table.

That's the question that sometimes EDL can NOT guarantee depending on situations. But if everything were running fine, typically the time below will do so (after collection time, NOT drop-off):

EDL-1: Up to 3 days

EDL-2: Up to 3 days

EDL-3: Up to 7 days

No. We've tried our very best to deliver each and every envelope, letters, postcards, documents and parcels to receivers at an ultra sonic speed as possible. If you attempt to rush us, you'll possibly lost your package and if possible, will not insured you even if you are protected with EDL's insurance. Please get some patient while waiting your shipment to be delivered.

No. We've already process your shipment. That would be impossible.

For EDL-1, EDL-2 and EDL-3, unfortunately no. Your shipping is estimated based on the allocation time given.

For EDL-4, EDL-5 and EDL-6, please contact EDL for status update via email at qqcarecentre@gmail.com (Attn: EDL).

If you are from ANY agency of QQ or department, you can ship your envelope or parcel for FREE. You will be shipping using EDL-6.

However, as of now, EDL-6 is unavailable to use in this portal. You can contact on your respective agency/administration/department or pay with normal price.

NOTE: DO NOT use EDL-6 to ship anything other than affairs regarding the agencies of QQ, such as for personal letters. It is an offense under QQ rules Penal Code 8 Act 2021.
