The Envelope Delivery for Lazyness (purposely typo letter 'y') or EDL is a service in QQ that allows the members of QQ to ship anything and anywhere. From north to south, west to east, ground to sky or basically from your bed to your table.

That's the question that sometimes EDL can NOT guarantee depending on situations. But if everything were running fine, typically the time below will do so (after pickup, not drop-off):

EDL-1: Up to 3 days

EDL-2: Up to 3 days

EDL-3: Up to 5 days

No. We've tried our very best to deliver each and every envelope, letters, postcards, documents and parcels to receivers as an ultra sonic speed as possible. If you attempt to rush us, you'll possibly lost your package and if possible, will not insured you even if you are protected with EDL's insurance. Please get some patient while waiting your shipment to be delivered.

These are the process of shipment.

Sender wrap shipment > Fill in paper slip form > Stick both together > Drop-off at EDL postbox > Pickup by EDL > Pending at EDL Logistics > Process custom spot-check at EDL logistics > Deliver attempt > Arrived at receiver's address > Pick up Cash On Delivery (if applicable) > Delivered to receiver > Insurance claim pending (if applicable) > Shipment is complete

If you are from ANY agency of QQ in QQ Care Centre, you're eligible to deliver anything to the person you're working on for FREE with EDL using slip form code EDL-6.

Unfortunately, EDL-6 is unavailable to use in this portal. You can contact on your respective agency administration or pay with normal price.
