You will NOT be compensated.
For additional information, the delivery fees you paid to EDL ONLY includes the fees of shipping your shipment - NOT protecting your shipment.

How do I file a claim?
To file a claim, please contact EDL at qqcarecentre@gmail.com. All claims will be investigated within 7 days. Approved claims will be compensated to bank accounts within 24 hours.
You MUST file a claim within 24 hours since the shipment is delivered.
There will be a maximum claim amount capped at 50% for claims received within 48 hours.
There will be a maximum claim amount capped at 20% for claims received within 60 hours.
There will be a NO claimable amount for claims received after 60 hours.
