1) Thank you for using Envelope Delivery for Lazyness (EDL)
As a part of the EDL's customer, we would like to thank you for your support. But there is rules that what you should do and shouldn't do. By using any EDL's services, you agree to these Terms of use of EDL (General Terms).
2) The services
The services is STRICTLY ONLY for the member of QQ, anyone outside of QQ who use our service without permission will be facing consequences. The services are mostly on, but not limited to, shipping, handling or/and delivering shipments such as, but not limited to, envelopes, letters, parcels, documents, boxes and many more. These General Terms shall apply to all agreements between Envelope Delivery for Lazyness (EDL), the Sender and the Receiver regarding any services by EDL.
3) Forms or/and contracts for shipping details
Forms or/and contracts regarding shipping details must be obtain in EDL's paper slip form (paper form, slip form) and are concluded between EDL and the Sender, either in written form in accordance with these General Terms, or type using a smart device (electronic device) via Google® Forms.
4) False information leads to offenses
When writing or typing into any forms or contracts, the Sender shall prepare the delivery correctly and provide all necessary details to enable EDL to perform the services including, but not limited to, shipping, handling and delivering shipments such as, but not limited to, envelopes, letters, parcels, documents, boxes. settling of damages claims and/or return of the Shipments, as these case may be happen. Providing false information is an offense under international trade laws and QQ rules Penal Code 31 Act 2021 and therefore the Sender shall comply with the law of rule.
5) We only accept customers who agree to these General Terms
You must agree to the General Terms when using our services. Severe consequences will be imposed for those who violate any of these General Terms.
6) Unacceptable goods when delivering international shipments
The Sender agrees that a shipment is unacceptable and therefore excluded from delivery via any of our international services if the item inside the shipment:
(a) Contain forgeries, unlicensed copies of products, counterfeits, live animals or plants, human or animal remains, narcotics or intoxicants, perishable goods, or goods requiring special handling, such as temperature or/and humidity control;
(b) Contain controlled items and/or does not comply with any laws between countries that passes through or shipping with, violate any applicable trade laws or/and violate any law of the rules of QQ;
(c) Contain items subject to excise duties or special regulatory procedures or authorization for transport;
(d) Contain shipments or items the transportation of which is prohibited or is subject to special restrictions under the Universal Postal Convention and the supplementary documents, International Air Transport Association (IATA) or International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) rules;
(f) Contains goods classified as hazardous material, dangerous goods, prohibited or restricted articles by the ADR (European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road) for Shipments carried by road, IATA (International Air Transport Association) or/and ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) for Shipments carried by air, or other relevant organization;
(g) has inadequate or defective packaging;
(h) Contain shipment which violates intellectual property rights, including forged, counterfeit or unlicensed copies of products (brand and trademark piracy);
(i) Contain shipments which may cause death or injury to or infection of persons or damage to property;
(j) Contain expensive shipments such as cash or other methods of payment, precious metals, works of art, jewelry, precious stones or other valuables or securities (unless otherwise agreed by EDL in its sole and absolute discretion); and
(k) Contain shipments of obscene or pornographic articles, posters or arts.
7) International shipment agreement
By shipping with EDL outside of QQ, you, regardless of the sender or receiver, AGREES that the shipment does NOT violate any laws of the country that you're shipping with.
You'll have ties to the government of the respective country that your parcel is involved and shall settle any disputes and appeals in relation with them.
8) Carriers has nothing to do with these General Terms unless they use our services
DHL, Pos Laju, FedEx and other carriers (EDL's 3rd party services) DO NOT have any relations with these General Terms. They're carriers helping shipments outside of QQ.
9) Carriers' Agreement
By shipping with DHL, you agree to their GTCs which can be found at https://www.dhl.com/my-en/home/our-divisions/ecommerce/shipping/helpful-information.html.
By shipping with Pos Laju, you agree to their Terms and Conditions - General which can be found at https://www.pos.com.my/terms-and-conditions-general.
By shipping with FedEx, you agree to any of their applicable agreements at https://www.fedex.com/en-my/home.html.
By shipping with other carriers, you agree to any agreements between you and the carrier's agreement.
10) Disclaimer of damage, loss of shipments
EDL and other carriers will make every reasonable effort to deliver the shipment according to EDL's regular delivery schedules, but these schedules are not binding and do not form part of the contract. EDL is not liable for any damages or loss caused by delay.
Except to the extent of negligent acts or omissions by EDL and other carriers, the Sender agrees to indemnify EDL and its subsidiaries, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all actions, causes of action, liabilities, claims, suits, judgments, liens, awards, losses, and damages, suffered by reason of Sender’s failure to comply with the General Terms.
EDL and other carriers is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of circumstances beyond EDL and other carriers' control. These include, but are not limited to, electrical or magnetic damage to, or erasure of, electronic or photographic images, data or recordings; any defect or characteristic related to the nature of the Shipment, even if known to EDL or other carriers; any act or omission by a person not employed or contracted by EDL or other carriers, e.g. Sender, Consignee, third party, customs or other government official; “Force Majeure” - e.g. earthquake, cyclone, hurricane, storm, flood, fog, radiation contamination, pandemic, war, plane crash or embargo, riot or civil commotion, any information security-related threats including cyberattacks, “cyber-attacks” shall include, without limitation, (distributed) denial-of-service attacks or any form of computer code whether known or unknown, including “electronic possession”, “logic bombs” “viruses”, ”ransomware”, “Trojan horses”, “worms”, “spyware”, “malware”, “drop dead device”, and “adware”, which could, in any way, disable, disrupt, harm, impede or modify the performance or functionality of all or any part of any system, program, equipment, network or data, industrial action or disputes.
11) Google® services
Most of our online services are powered by Google®. Google® are both a product, service and property of Google® Inc. QQ's Laptop Department had declared that Google® services is safe to use.
By using any of our online services, you agree to the Terms of Service of Google Inc. which can be found at https://policies.google.com/terms.
All disputes and appeals that only includes regarding about you and Google Inc. must be made according to Google's Terms of Service which can be found at section heading 'Settling disputes, governing law and courts' at https://policies.google.com/terms, which is in the district of California, United States of America. (All disputes and appeals that includes EDL shall be made and settle exclusively by the jurisdiction Hammer of Justice, see Section 11 for more details or Section 14 of QQ Care Centre's portal web terms at https://qq.thegwk.tk/terms)
You also notice that our website provider, Google® Sites, they've put the 'Report abuse' button. The 'Report abuse' button, which can be found by hovering and click the 'i' below left is meant for Google® Sites if we violate their site policies. You may do so and report to Google® if we violate their Google® Sites policies. In which you are Google Inc. representative, please contact us at qqcarecentre@gmail.com to discuss more about the report. Other than Google® Sites policies, the report would be useless.
12) EDL's shipment Insurance
EDL's Insurance ensures anything happens to your shipment, such as, but not limited to, damaged or lost of shipment item from or by EDL, we will insured you with up to 175% amount that you stated what's the worth amount is in the shipment.
The sender must add 5% of the item value to the shipping price and check on 'Insurance' in the paper slip form in order to get insured.
If the receiver would like to claim an insurance because of the shipment item inside of the shipment is damaged or lost, please contact EDL via email at qqcarecentre@gmail.com to file a claim.
The total insurance per shipment is as per item in the shipment below.
(a) Postcards: 100% (damaged); 150% (lost or destroyed) of item value, up to QQ$200.00 or RM0.50, up to 5 postcards in a shipment can be claim
(b) Envelope: 125% (damaged); 175% (lost or destroyed) of item value, up to QQ$1,000.00 or RM2.00, up to 5 letter in a shipment can be claim
(c) Gift, stationaries, normal basic item or souvenir: 125% (damaged); 175% (lost or destroyed) of item value, up to QQ$20,000.00 or RM15.00, up to 5 letter in a shipment can be claim
(d) Expensive shipments such as cash or other methods of payment, precious metals, works of art, jewelry, precious stones or other valuables or securities: 100% of item value, up to QQ$500,000.00 or RM500.00. Only a refund will be insured if there is an approval of expensive shipment because shipping with these are prohibited (see section 6(j)).
EDL has the rights to void any incoming or pending insurance request at any time due to any reasonable reason with or without prior notice.

13) Cash On Delivery (COD) feature
The COD feature is a feature where the receiver would need to pay a certain amount of money in cash set by the sender (aka the item value) at the receiver's address to EDL (any type of currency except digital currency such as cryptocurrencies and QQ dollars). Then, EDL will need to take a small percentage of the fee as a transfer fee. The rest of the money will be send to the sender via cash, eWallet, banking or other payment methods.
By using the COD feature, the receiver agrees to pay the total item value amount of money in cash set by the sender in order to get the shipment. Otherwise, the receiver will not receive it and shall be send back to the post office of EDL or back to the sender. Additional charges apply in order to send back to the sender.
By using the COD feature, the sender agrees that the details given in the paper slip form is correct. The sender also agree that there will be charges according to below if COD is applied:
(a) 5% of the item value will be charged by EDL if ship via any eWallet or bank; or
(b) The sender need to pay double (twice or 'x2') the shipping fees (regardless of what EDL type) if cash payment is selected.
14) Data that we collect when using our online services
When you use our online services, specifically our portal web which was powered by Google® Sites, we DO NOT collect your browsing data, cookies and many more. We only collect data when you submit a Google® Forms to us. Other data such as cookies may be collected by Google®. You can review their Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
For California, United States of America residence, Californian Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) rights does NOT apply here because we are not a public company (see section 2 for more details) and under the Act, we don't make a profit of more than 25 Million United States Dollar (US$25,000,000.00). Our service also wasn't meant for anyone in the public. Any opt-out of data, 'unsell' of your personal information or give you the data that we collect is impossible.
Once you sent data to us, WE DO NOT OPT-OUT OR DELETE YOUR DATA EVEN IF IT IS CONFIDENTAL, PRIVATE OR URGENT INFORMATION. Please be responsible next time when sending data.
15) Filing disputes and appeals
These General Terms' disputes and appeals that are in relation between you and EDL are governed under the rules of QQ. Therefore please file in-relation with QQ's one to the jurisdiction Hammer of Justice. Learn more at https://hoj.qq.thegwk.tk.
Any disputes and appeals that are in other relations such as carriers and service provider that are not relation with EDL, Laptop Department or other agencies in QQ whatsoever must file according to the agreement between you and them set. For example, dispute between you and Google® will be settle by the Californian court law in California, USA.
