How to set payment details and how to stick your paper slip form

a. Basketball Bank or Bank of Lux (or "LuX")

You'll be paying using QQ dollars via your bank account and will be charge in about a day (postpaid). To pay using this method simply check the box for this method and write down your username and 'le mot de passe'. If you are having trouble finding these, visit your bank portal for more information. Invalid information or low balance bank account will result an unsuccessful deliver, you'll know that the delivery is unsuccessful on your parcel's tracking page and you'll need to fill in the form to either reenter your details correctly, get a return or change another method.

b. Attach cash

You'll be prepaying using cash. To pay using this method simply check the box for this method. When paying, arrive at EDL postbox, take one plastic bag from EDL's green drawer at MyRack@BGroom (borrow for free), insert payment in to the plastic bag and tape the opening. Do not insert the paper slip form inside the plastic bag. We'll guide you on how to stick these later. Do not tape tight as we'll need to collect the plastic bag later. No change will be given if over payment. But insufficient amount will result an unsuccessful deliver, you'll know that the delivery is unsuccessful on your parcel's tracking page and you'll need to fill in the form to either pay more, get a return or change another method.

c. Stamp, coupon or credit [COMING SOON, DON'T PICK THIS METHOD]

This feature will be available soon. You'll be able to prepay via cash to get a stamp, coupon or credit. Then you can use it in the future in a period of time.

d. Made payment online [COMING SOON, DON'T PICK THIS METHOD]

This feature will be available soon. You'll be able to prepay online via bank, eWallet or card payment* to get a unique one-time code. Then you can use it in the future in a period of time.

*due to some policies and depending on situation, card payment may not be able to use as payment.
